Getting Started

Let’s meet for an initial consultation so we can get to know each other and establish a working relationship. During this time we can demonstrate our design flexibility, specialist trade skillset, quality finishes and client-focused communications.

Initial Consultation

We’ll discuss your expectations and determine the scope of work, budget, design objectives, materials, and more.

Finalise Plans & Sign contract

Whether it’s a cost-plus or fixed-price contract, we optimise cost without sacrificing quality. Once plans are approved by council, the client will receive their scope of works.

Build & Handover

Construction begins and regular updates are communicated to the client. Site visits are also conducted with your builder.
